Am I able to come and look at the house?
Yes, we encourage the parents or guardian to visit our Respite before making any decision to stay. This way, you can discuss the support you need with us, have a look around, ask any questions you have, and at the end of the visit we'd know if we are the right fit. Please contact us to arrange a day and time that works for you and our Marketing Manager, Suzi, would be happy to arrange the meet-and-greet for you with our Respite Manager, Debbie Bennett.
Do you take private clients?
Yes we do. Please contact us for a quote.
What is your Carer-Client ratio?
Are your staff certified professionals?
Yes they are all certified professionals. All our staff have one or more qualifications include Diploma in Nursing, Cert III in Individual Support, Cert III in Disability Support and Cert III in Aged Care. We also provide ongoing training for all our staff.
Do you have pick-up and drop-off service?
Unfortunately, we're not always able to do pick-up and drop-off due to our support workers having to be stationed at the Respite. However, if it's for overnight and holiday stay and you have no other option, we may be able to work it out. Please talk to us if you need the transport when you book the stay.
We have 1:2 standard ratio and 1:1 for High-Care clients
